Pay-As-You-Go Operations Coordinator
MetroFibre is seeking a dynamic and results driven Pay-As-You-Go Operations Coordinator to oversee the delivery and performance of our Pay-As-You-Go FTTH services.
Role Summary:
The Pay-As-You-Go Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing the provision of Pay-As-You-Go FTTH services and overseeing day-to-day operational activities. The role ensures alignment with product objectives and overall business strategy while maintaining efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Drive and implement sales and marketing initiatives aligned with business strategy
Manage day-to-day Pay-As-You-Go operations and performance
Coordinate operational activities across internal teams and external service providers
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ISPs, and key stakeholders
Oversee customer support processes, including handling queries, complaints, and escalations
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Monitor product performance and prepare operational reports
Continuously improve processes, workflows, and service delivery efficiency
Qualifications Required:
Grade 12/Matric
Bachelor’s degree or three-year diploma in a business management or equivalent qualification.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience (mid-level role)
Prior experience in the telecommunications industry is advantageous
