FTTB 3rd Party Onboarding and Escalation Coordinator

Role Summary:

The purpose of this position is to coordinate all 3rd Party Vendor onboarding for FTTB, Service Delivery Management (SDM) escalations, 3rd Party Vendor Performance tracking and reporting, ownership and monitor of specific Midbase steps within Engineering/Planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the interface between internal stakeholders during onboarding process (FTTB Sales, Service Delivery Management, Legal, Logic Engineering, NOC, Procurement, and Finance).
  • Be the interface between MetroFibre and 3rd Party Vendors being onboarded.
  • Coordinate the sharing of Agreements (NDA, MSA, SLA) documents with updates between MF Legal and 3rd Party Vendors.
  • Create and maintain a 3rd Party Onboarding Matrix on progress
  • Engage with Service Delivery Managers to support them with escalations, if requested.
  • Identify and document open orders on Midbase, older than 90 days after PO issued.
  • Engage with the relevant Service Delivery Manager and 3rd Party Vendor to assist where possible to fast track, resolve any delays for order handover.
  • Track daily and report weekly to line manager on open orders older than 90 days after PO issued.
  • Take ownership and monitor the Work Order Step within Midbase.
  • Follow up frequently with work order steps owners to ensure the flow and progress of open WOs.
  • Keep comprehensive record of open work orders (WO) attended by you.


Qualification Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Role related post matric qualification (Advantageous) 

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in an administrative coordinative role.
  • Exposure to contract experience with NDA, MSA, SLA Agreements
