Relationship Manger: Parks
The Relationship Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by positioning MFN as the preferred network solutions provider within new and existing business parks.

Role Summary:
The Relationship Manager serves as the primary business contact and key interface between the client and Metrofibre and is entirely responsible for any customer facing interaction, MFN facing interactions and overall customer Satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Position MetroFibre as the preferred service provider within new and existing business parks.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, client assessments, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop compelling proposals that address client needs and ensure profitability.
- Grow revenue streams by upselling and expanding within current client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including park management and landowners.
- Ensure effective two-way communication to align expectations and deliver high client satisfaction.
- Manage contract renewals, resolve client issues promptly, and coordinate after-sales support.
- Develop and implement detailed sales and account plans.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain deep understanding of MetroFibre products, services, and competitive positioning.
- Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Ensure adherence to company sales policies and administrative procedures.
- Maintain accurate client databases, sales reports, and forecasts.
Qualification Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate,
- A relevant post matric qualification (Advantageous).
Work Experience:
- Minimum 10 years strategic sales experience in a similar environment
- Minimum of 5 years practical experience leading a sales team or similar
