FTTB Acquisitions Administrator
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to support our dynamic FTTB Business Acquisitions and Expansion team. In this role, you’ll keep operations running smoothly.
Role Summary:
The FTTB Acquisitions Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the FTTB Business Acquisitions and Expansion team. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, accurate reporting on FTTB AOS initiatives and ISP enablement as well as admin support for the FTTB/ SMME business parks, and efficient coordination across stakeholders, enabling the Manager to focus on strategic growth, client relationships, and revenue expansion activities.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare meeting Data sets, presentations, and supporting documents.
• Handle correspondence (emails, letters, memos) professionally and timely for ISP initiatives.
• Maintain organized data set systems (electronic and physical).
• Assist with preparing reports on data and project progress.
• Compile data from internal systems (e.g., mapping and project tools) for analysis.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of business cases, client information, and project files.
• Support communication with clients by drafting follow-up emails and scheduling consultations with ISPs.
• Track ISP queries, escalate where needed, and ensure timely responses.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to coordinate information flow for projects relating to data AOS projects.
• Assist with ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Prepare compliance-related documents for management review.
• Track deadlines and deliverables for the Manager to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Support the Manager in compiling information for new Areas of Service and Business Parks.
• Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables against project goals.
Qualifications Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration, Business Management, or related field. (Advantageous)
- Familiarity with mapping tools, MIDBASE, QGIS, GOOGLE EARTH
- Fully computer literate (MS Office Suite essential)
