Role Summary:

The basic function of the FTTH Regional Administrator is to provide administrative support to the FTTH Regional Sales Manager, handling all administration-related tasks and functions. 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all administrative tasks, processes, and procedures relating to this function are completed to a high standard.
• Action the suspension list to support customer retention.
• Follow up on area orders in the relevant holdover buckets.
• Monitor weekly casual worker timesheets to ensure compliance.
• Provide administrative support to the Regional Sales Manager on sales and marketing tasks as required.
• Ensure that all client queries, requests, and concerns are handled efficiently, professionally, and within agreed turnaround times.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing accurate information, timely updates, and proactive support.
• Monitor client satisfaction levels and provide feedback to the FTTH Regional Sales Manager, highlighting areas for improvement.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen customer loyalty and retention through effective communication and service delivery.
• Escalate unresolved client issues to the FTTH Regional Sales Manager, ensuring appropriate follow-up until resolution.
• Stay abreast of client needs, industry changes, and market conditions to anticipate challenges and propose suitable solutions.
• Support sales initiatives by engaging with clients to promote new products, services, or promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback for reporting and continuous improvement purposes.

Qualification Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12
• Post matric qualification in sales / marketing (Advantageous)

Work Experience:

• Minimum 2 Years experience in a sales role within Telecoms or ICT environment
